Trauma-Informed, Compassionate Care

You don't have to be a combat veteran to have experienced significant trauma. Even seemingly small daily stressors  — when unaddressed  — can take a toll, leaving you stuck in a cycle of negativity. It can be difficult to live in the present moment without resolving past trauma. My practice is trauma-informed  —  a warm, accepting, and judgment-free environment in which you can free your mind from the burdens of the past to focus on today's joys.

A Holistic Perspective

No matter your past, deep and lasting healing is possible through holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit. I focus on the whole individual, helping to turn a vicious cycle of poor physical, mental, and spiritual health into wellness and thriving.  I use a customized, integrative approach to address your specific needs. In addition, I read the latest cutting-edge research in mind-body health, exercise, and nutrition, and use this information to help my clients achieve lasting healing.

Counseling and Coaching

Depression, Anxiety, & Trauma

If you were born, you have experienced trauma. When trauma happens, it is tempting to try to ignore it. But ignoring it doesn't make it go away. In fact, prior research has revealed that individuals with a history of trauma are much more likely to have poor physical and mental health and life outcomes, including depression and anxiety. Whether or not a result of trauma, far too many people feel stuck with feelings of depression and anxiety, believing that it is just something to be endured. When untreated, these feelings can control your life and prevent you from achieving goals, meeting new people, and fostering deep, meaningful relationships. It doesn't have to be this way! Take the time now to work with me and resolve past trauma, anxiety, and depression once and for all.

Performance Maximization & Leadership

Whether you are a busy business exec, a shift worker, a student, or an athlete, the constant pressure to perform, keep up, and even get ahead can be daunting. Not to mention that it is difficult to focus on self-improvement and leadership development when you are just trying to make it through each day. The only way to get to the next level is to take some time to invest in yourself. I've helped people of any and all career stages gain confidence, overcome feelings of intense performance-related anxiety, and develop leadership abilities - thereby maximizing performance and ultimately launching them and their business to the next level.

Relationships (Couples and Families)

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. These therapy sessions are held with one or both partners. It is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

Family counseling addresses ingrained patterns of interacting with one another. Any or all family members can be involved and with exploring and integrating new, healthy relationship strategies. Ultimately, all members of a family are healthier when the family unit is strong and cohesive.
